NextGENi has been supporting fresh graduates and final year students since our inception. We informally called this “Trainee Hiring” for last 10 years, and now giving it a formal name of Parwaaz – Young Talent Development Program.
These ‘trainees’ are generally either students in their 7th or 8th semester, able to work 30+ hours a week, or, they have completed their course work and are now waiting for exams. We then pair them with a senior team member, and depending on the speed of learning, within 2-4 months, 90% of these associates have moved into one of our Product Startups and become eligible for our practical benefits.
