This is a model which suits incubation of a new company or new product or project. We set up a virtual engineering team for the client that best fits their needs and objectives. For example, is there a need for dedicated or part-time Project Manager? When should Quality Assurance resources kick in.
The team could be as little as 1 person managed directly by the client, or as many as 10 people with dedicated project and product managers. The client can even have direct NDA and contract with the resources.
What we’ve found is that this model works very well where in addition to flexibility, there is need for total control over the process and communication.
