NextGenI is culmination of the large spaces I worked & studied – with their focus on processes and specialization; and smaller places where the focus turns on building Minimum Viable Products, Very high quality hiring, open communication & multi-talented individuals.
I studied at America’s largest public University (UT Austin) and then the largest Private University (New York University). Then I worked for Merrill Lynch, at that time the world’s largest brokerage.
At that point, I got an opportunity be employee 001 of a new service based start-up, and life has never been the same. My interest to work at smaller companies and with even smaller teams took me to 3 start-ups as early employee.
