The system is to connect financial companies with neighborhood brokers via an agency, to allow automated Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and Property Inspection (PI) Order Processing.
There are 5 user roles, 5 different order types, custom workflow with 10 stages, approximately 1,000 fields with over 350 business rules, Internal & External Accounting, and Web Services integration with various third party real estate systems.
This was a novel use of Drupal 6 for a business application – which allowed us very quick development of Access Control (ACL) and Dashboards.
Tools Used: LAMP Stack; Drupal 6, Rackspace Hosting, Amazon S3, Google Maps, Integration with several financial institutions.
